Just a Little Note

And the 3rd project we did for Stamp Club this month was just a cute, super easy little card, non-Valentine because I was getting tired of looking at hearts! LOL!  I call this a Color Coach card because the color combo is from the Color Coach.  What an extremely useful tool.  I think I would be lost without it!  We used the new stamp set Button, Button from the Stampin' Up! Occasions Mini catalog and the sentiment is from a hostess set called Apple Blossom.

Here's a Valentine's card we made at Stamp Club this month.  We used the scalloped envelope die for the Big Shot and the stamp set Love You Much and the Heart Pressed Letterpress plate for the Big Shot now available in the Stampin' Up! Occasions Mini (available for order on my website!)

January Stamp Club layout!

And here is a layout Stamp Club just did this month for Valentine's Day!  I used the new glitter paper (LOVE IT!), I {heart} Hearts stamp set, the new Love Impressions DSP from the the Occasions Mini and the matching Love Impressions rub ons (all available for order on my Stampin' Up! website-link on the right of my blog and it gets shipped straight to you)!

November Stamp Club layout

Yes, I realize it's January, but this is a layout from November's Stamp Club that I have yet to post!  It's a frugal CASE of the layout in the Idea Book & Catalog.  I had one of my stamp clubbers request to do that layout, so we did!  We used the stamp set Delightful Decorations.  Pictures are of my family, taken December 2008.

I know, that layout looks crooked and it's not a real great photo of it.  It is kinda leaning and it really isn't a great photo of it.  I had to take a picture of it with an old camera as my "baby", my digi Rebel, is currently on the fritz. :-(  So, please bear with me as these things posted in the next couple of days look like crap!  They really are prettier IRL!!  Amazing what a good camera can do!

Yes, you read that correctly....part 1.  She couldn't decide on just one, so we created two for her!  Half her classmates get this one and the other half get the other card that I will share with you all tomorrow!  She was so excited with the finished product!

The girls and I sat down today because I wanted to create their Valentine's Cards to pass out at school.  I don't know about you, but those little cheesy ones you get at the store just aren't cuttin' it for me anymore and there aren't enough hours in the day for me to sit down and actually make them with paper and embellishments!  So, naturally, I turned to my awesome-ly fantabulous MDS!  Man, I love MDS!!!  I know, you are probably insanely tired of hearing me say that, but it's so true!!!  So, here's the card I created for Micah to give to her 3rd grade class!  We both LOVE it!

Wowza, it's been a looooooong time since I've altered anything.  Tiffany has decided that we should all start making things to take to craft fairs!  I have a ton of clipboards to alter, so I pulled out some old Stampin' Up scrapbook kits and went to town!  Well, I only made 3, but hey, these take time!  The clipboards are all still up for sale, if anyone is interested.  You can contact myself or get them from the Etsy store that Tiffany will be setting up soon.  TFL!

Day of Gratitude

LOVE this stamp set and Autumn Spice DSP!  So sad to see it leave with the Holiday Mini :(  this was a card I made for a Stamp Workshop back in October.  TFL!

This is the photo card I created with the MDS for the cards that my Mom sent out this year!  Cute, isn't it?!  

Our Christmas Card

I hate to admit this, but I actually sent out a photo Christmas card this year.  After however many years of actually creating my Christmas cards with paper and stamps, I just plain ran out of time this year and I feel so guilty!  But, I did still, essentially, create my card....just digitally!  (And, I got to make other photo Christmas cards for several other people which I'll be sharing over the next couple of days!) 

Still loving the MDS and the many awesome uses for it!!!

And, a HUGE thank you goes out to my friend and photography mentor, Joy, for taking the picture that looks, in the words of one of my best friends, "badass"!  LOL!! 

Little Miss Avery is 1!!!

Holy cow, it's been a year since little Avery was born!  Seems like yesterday!  I made Avery's birthday cards using MDS and I think they turned out so stinkin' CUTE!
