Last, but not least, the last card from the retreat from my back to basics card class! This one was easy peasy. Simple little masking technique.
Stamp set: Merry & Bright; Cardstock: Natural White, Bordering Blue; Ink: Bordering Blue, Not Quite Navy; Accessories: Scallop edge punch, small hole punch. TFL!
